Can I return an item?
We have a 30-days return policy.
You will receive your refund one the item is back in our factory and we’ve valued its conditions (in its original box with all components and accessories).For further info please reach out to email@example.com
Shipping will not be included nor refunded.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 30 days from the day you received the order. As for returns, the item you wish to exchange needs to be in perfect conditions with all its components and accessories. You can exchange it with an item of same or less value, we will reimburse the difference for lesser value items and bill you for a more expensive item.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We ask all customers to verify your order confirmation and check the product as soon as received. If you think you’ve received the wrong item or that your order is damaged, please reach out to our customer service within 7 days, so we can work with you to fix the problem.
How do I know if Roberto Demeglio received my return?
We will send you a confirmation email once we receive the item. Your refund will be processed within 5 days from the email.
If you have not received an email after 2 weeks from shipment of your return, please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org with your reference number so we can properly assist you.
How long does reimbursement take?
Once we receive your email wishing to exchange or return an item, we will send you an email with the instruction to properly pack and ship your item. Once we’ve received the package, we will process the refund within 7 working days and send you a notification email. The refund will be visible on your credit card or PayPal within 5-10 days.
